Damon Jones, Chris Duhon would like to welcome you to the "Completely Meaning Last Second Shot That Swung Millions of Gambling Dollars" Hall of Fame. In case you didn't notice (judging by the rating, you didn't). With the Cavs down by four points with just 1.9 second left, Damon Jones of the Cavs hit a completely meaningless three as time expired, making the final score 83-82. While the Spurs already had the game wrapped up, the three by Jones helped the Cavs cover the three point spread, likely swinging millions of gambing dollars in the process . For people who bet on the Cavs (myself) , I found myself more excited than most of the Spurs were. As for those people who bet on San Antonio, well, you can tell Damon Jones where he can stick his shitty Chinese shoes.

it was chris duhon, not jay williams who made the cover half court shot against UConn
I'm gonna go ahead and disagree with anonymous here. I'm pretty certain it was Jay Williams (Jason Williams then) who hit that meaningless shot. I have no evidence but for my memory, but I believe my memory is right.
Well...since I wasn't positive about that shot, I of course had to find out for sure...and it turns out anonymous was right. It was Duhon who hit that meaningless shot.

Different anonymous poster here. It was Duhon. Much you like you lived through this gambling moment, I lived through laying money on Duke against UConn in that Final Four. You don't forget it. TWWL even had an article about that moment. Check it.
I dont' care if it was duhon or Williams nor did I have any money on the game but I just found the situation to be quite funny.
My bad.....it is Duhon. Whatever the case, that shot was the cause of many broken legs
