Giambi's Baseball Card Should Have Given it Away

While Jason Giambi continues to kind-of-but-not-really admit to using steroids at some point of his career, everyone should have been tipped to possible steroid use from his 1997 baseball card. In case you can't read the print, the card says, "Jason, who had never hit more than 12 home runs in a season as a minor leaguer, picked up some power and pointers during his weight lifting sessions with Mark McGwire last season year". I'm assuming those pointers must have come in the form of syringes. (Credit my buddy Noah knowing for finding this card)

I wonder if this will hold up in court for the prosecution.
