Thank God for the Golden State Warriors
I can't remember an NBA game that I enjoyed more (that didn't involve the Miami Heat) than last night's Warriors-Mavs game. The game had everything you could possibly ask for: an upstart underdog, 1-seed that looks absolutely terrified, insanely loud crowd and a nice 4th quarter comeback by the Warriors. The game really felt like an NCAA Tournament game, which is a change from the usually ultra-predicable NBA Playoffs.
And can you ever remember a team with the best record in the league look as terrified as the Mavericks do? No one outside of Jerry Stackhouse wanted the ball in the 4th quarter. I hope Dirk enjoys his MVP trophy because he is going to have it mailed to him at home while the Warriors are in the second round.
Just in case you were wondering, there are plenty of Nowitness T-shirts still available.

Marco, am I to understand that you are a Heat fan AND a Yankee fan from Harrisburg PA? If you're a Pats or a Cowboys fan, we might have to throw down.
