Reaction: This was the first jersey I spotted once the competition started last summer. The bad part about this jersey is that it was authentic, meaning that dude shelled out over $200 bucks for that thing. What a bust Kaz was. Remember when he was on the cover of ESPN the Magazine under the headline "Next". By "Next", they must have meant the next big Japanese bust to hit New York following Hideki Irabu (Thank god for Hideki Matsui and his massive porn collection) Kaz was mercifully (for Mets fans)traded to the Rockies last season and was promptly demoted to AAA Colorado Spring. Enjoy that jersey Mets fans....

My grandmother bought me a Mets Kaz Matsui t-shirt (with name/number on the back) because it was on sale for like 5 dollars after he was traded (a fact she was unaware of). I still wear it to Mets games, mainly for the reactions.
